- 1 banana
- 5 tablespoons of soy milk (I hate measuring by cup)

Low carb dinner tonight was meat-free ‘meatballs’ with low sugar marinara sauce and courgette pasta.

Freaking good, will definitely be having this again soon. Planning to start blogging all of my meals now that I’m trying a low-carb lifestyle in the run up to my wedding. It’ll motivate me to stay on track!
